I've undid all progress, and even though i'm not on my high weight, I'm pretty damn near it, and I look like I'm at my high weight, and then some.

I've lost all control. Even without binging, I've taken a rest week, and its taken a terrible toll on my body. I've just grown these fat deposits, and now U've learnt the hard way, that giving up, and de-focusing isn't going to get me anywhere. I need to get back on track.

 I'm sorry for letting you down.
