1. Be thin.
2. Eat no more than 500 cals per day.
3. Eat mostly protein, and definitely cut back on carbs (that’s hard coz my fam is carb-based)
4. Eat nothing that has more than one calorie per gram (ie anything high calorific).
5. Tone up.
6. Keep behaviour under wraps from ever-so-annoying parents
